I worked with directors Yisel Tapia and Carson Stringer

to animate a pivotal emotional moment in the short film.

I had to match the beats of the storyboard,

stay on model, and hit exactly 119 frames.

​

It was challenging to get the right emotions flowing in my ref, while also staying true to the original emotional beats in the storyboard, but I was able to find a good balance!
